The H7001C-2RZ HQ1 is an advanced hybrid angular contact ball bearing engineered for high-frequency spindle applications. By combining high-carbon chrome steel rings with aerospace-grade Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) ceramic balls, this bearing achieves a limiting speed of 96,000 RPM with grease lubrication. The ceramic ball material offers superior hardness and significantly lower thermal expansion than steel, resulting in reduced friction, lower operating temperatures, and increased stiffness. With a 12mm bore and 28mm outside diameter, it provides a slightly higher load rating (3.8 KN Basic Dynamic Load) than its H7000 counterparts, making it ideal for precision routers and high-speed dental tools.
